Chambers Subscription

This is a deal which is designed to offer barristers, chambers, and Stubb Legal all the advantages of the unique business structure of a set of barristers' chambers.

SUMMARY
A Chambers Subscription allows every barrister member of Chambers access to every course published by Stubb Legal. That's a huge choice, amounting to hundreds of hour-long audio recordings. From that selection, each barrister can select the 12 which are most appropriate for his area of practice. What's more, the barrister can have those audio recordings in the format most convenient to him ie CD, tape cassette, or MP3.

BARRISTER'S OBLIGATION
The barrister pays Stubb Legal half its normal rate for this service. In other words, if a barrister uses 12 hours, it would cost him a mere £101.70. Each barrister who wishes to claim CPD credit, may listen to as many audio recordings as he wishes. Under the terms of the Bar's CPD rules, that barrister must also complete the relevant Multiple Choice Test for each recording. Before completing the relevant Multiple Choice Test, the barrister must pay.

STUBB LEGAL'S OBLIGATION
Stubb Legal shall supply to Chambers all its published audio recordings. Stubb Legal shall submit no invoice to Chambers for this, but Stubb Legal gets the benefit of being exposed to all the members of Chambers.
