Try a test download

Step 1) Right-click the following link and choose "Save target as..."
Test download: Costs Discretion (0Civ1)
Step 2) Save the file to "My Music"
Step 3) Click the start menu and open "My Documents".
Step 4) Open "My Music"
Step 5) Double-click the file you downloaded to play it.
